What are the reception’s operating hours?

Reception hours are:

Monday – Friday: 8.00 am to 8.00 pm

Weekends: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

Please contact us on +61 2 9326 4919 if you anticipate you will need to check in outside of these hours.

What time is check-in / check-out?

Check-in time is guaranteed from 2.00 pm onwards.

Check-out time is 10.00 am.

Late check-outs are available but subject to availability and cost $30 per hour from 11.00 am until 2.00 pm, after which a full night’s rate will apply. If you require a late checkout, please contact reception and we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Is parking available?

Car parking is available at an additional charge of AUD $35 per night and must be booked in advance with our reception or reservations team. The maximum height for our car park is 1.90 meters.

Is there a restaurant on site?

Is there a gym in the hotel?

Yes, we have partnered with our local gym, located on Level 1. You can also get a 10% discount off all personal training and group training packages during your stay!

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, you can’t. Our hotel is not permitted to allow guests to bring their pets. Many of our sister hotels in Sydney have a pet-friendly policy; please get in touch with our Central Reservations team and they’ll fill you in on all the details.
