The credit card supplied during the booking process must match the name of the guest/reservation and must be presented at check-in. The registered guest must provide a valid credit card and photo ID on arrival. A pre-authorisation will be required at check-in for incidentals and security purposes. If the registered guest does not have a credit card and matching valid photo ID, the management reserves the right to cancel the booking.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or an individual over the age of 18. The hotel has the right to refuse any booking when the legal parent or guardian over 18 years old cannot produce a valid photo ID.
Checkout is 10 AM, late checkouts may incur an additional fee.
Unless otherwise stated on the Cancellation & Deposit policy of the booking, a standard cancellation notice of 24 hours prior to arrival (2 pm) is required. Beyond that deadline, a no-show or late cancellation charge equivalent to one full night’s rate will be applied to the Credit Card provided with the booking.
If you have booked a pre-paid and non-cancellable rate and you can no longer stay because of unforeseen government restrictions or state border closures affecting the dates of your planned stay, or if you have booked a cancellable rate but government restrictions or state border closures affecting the dates of your planned stay are announced after your free cancellation window has passed, we will offer you the possibility to get a credit for the value of your stay, which you will be able to use toward your next stay at any of our Punthill Apartment Hotels or Veriu Hotels and Suites within one year after your original dates of stay.

All Punthill Apartment Hotels and Veriu Hotels & Suites have a strict no party policy. The number of guests gathered in the apartment overnight (after 10 pm) must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the apartment. Any number of people exceeding this number will be considered trespassers.
Noise must be kept to a minimum level at all times. Any noise complaint received from the neighbouring guest rooms or neighbouring buildings will be investigated and if found to be legitimate, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Your accommodation rate will not be refunded and your security deposit may not be refunded, at the discretion of the hotel management.
Children 2 years and under can stay free of charge in the existing bedding or a complimentary porta-cot can be arranged with our team prior to arrival at the hotel (limited availability). In certain rooms, a Rollaway or Sofa bed can be arranged for children 3 years and over or additional adults for an extra charge, please ensure you call our team to arrange prior to arrival (limited availability).
The registered guest will be held financially responsible and liable for any loss or damage to property caused during their stay.

If you are required to pay a bond, a refund of the security bond is subject to an inspection of the apartment upon departure and the return of all keys.
