How do I secure my booking?

Please call us on 02 9030 9300 to discuss our available conference packages.

Alternatively, please send your enquiry to norwest.reception@punthill.com.au and our dedicated conference and events coordinator will be able to assist you.

Is there a minimum number of delegates required for the delegates’ packages?

There is a minimum of 15 people for both Full and Half Day Delegate Packages. For catering, there is a minimum spend of $160.

Is the A/V equipment included?

Yes, data projector & screen, flip chart, whiteboard and WiFi are included.

The room hire also includes notepads, pens, mints, iced water and complimentary arrival tea and coffee.

Do you offer food and drinks catering for meetings and events?

Food and beverage catering is available when booking a meeting or event. For a full catering menu please call us on 1300 964 821 or email your inquiry to norwest.reception@punthill.com.au

Is parking available?

There is limited on-site car parking, one car spot is guaranteed for the organisers and additional spots are subject to availability only.
