Night Auditor, Veriu Central

Veriu Group is going through an exciting period of rapid expansion which has created new opportunities for exceptional talent to join our dynamic and passionate team. As such, we are currently seeking a casual Night Auditor to join our team at Veriu Central!

This is a customer facing role and requires an energetic and enthusiastic person who is ready and willing to work as part of a team. We have ambitious growth plans with 5+ hotels opening in the next 2 years, so we would love if you were equally as passionate about your career growth as we are about seeing our portfolio of hotels grow.

The face of the Hotel overnight, our Night Auditors provide a holistic service experience for our guest, including but not limited to:

• Efficiently manage the reception desk and overnight/late arrival guests
• Ensure RSA compliance
• Process the nightly audit & reports
• Manage the hotel’s security & emergency situations should they arise overnight
• Are the expert in the local area, with the ability to answer guest queries, provide directions and make recommendations
• Provide a modest, friendly and authentic experience across all touch-points

We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running, who brings with them passion for hotels and a willingness to learn.

Similar expereince in a night role and a First Aid Certificate is beneficial but not crucial. Instead, our must haves include: alignment to our company values of Relationship Focused, Integrity, Ownership Mindset and Personal Growth.
