About You

We’re looking for a driven, analytical, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for hotels and a love for sales. You’ll be someone who takes pride in your work, genuinely cares about building relationships and delivering exceptional experiences, and has experience in a similar role or customer service.

Key role responsibilities:

  • Support the National Sales and Central Sales Reservations teams
  • Prepare contracts and business proposals
  • Setup new accounts & credit applications
  • Assist with VIP guest booking arrangements
  • Manage logistics and coordination of corporate events and trade shows
  • Administration related to CRM and PMS system management
  • Respond to inbound calls by providing information on the Punthill & Veriu product offering
  • Identify sales leads and opportunities, and grow new corporate accounts
