Our amazing Marketing Executive is heading on Parental Leave so we’re looking for someone to join our team on a 13-month Parental Leave contract (with possibility to go permanent due to our upcoming growth). We’re open to welcoming a Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager, as long as we’re the right fit for each other!

 

We’re a rapidly growing Australian Hotel Group in the early stages of expansion. You’ll report directly to the Director of Operations and be part of our small corporate office team, which supports our 16 (but soon to be 19 by EOY) hotels.

Ideally starting late July or early August, you’ll have a full handover and onboarding, and be responsible for:

  • Having strong relationships with agencies who are an extension of your team.
  • Supporting the Sales, Revenue, Operations and Growth teams.
  • Manage overall strategy and execution of all brand and marketing activities, including pre-opening activities.
  • Create, manage and support brand initiatives that improve revenue and market share.
  • Monitor market trends and oversee advertising and marketing activities.
  • Manage a suite of digital projects, including digital insights, online promotions, content production (visual media, email marketing, digital paid media, website updates & design), and social media.
  • Manage acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across brand online platforms.
