Local Host (Guest Service Agent)
Our name means True & Genuine, and from humble beginnings our brand was founded out of a genuine passion for connecting travellers to the authenticity of a location by providing comfortable and bespoke accommodation. Today, we are a multi-brand accommodation group operating 17 hotels (and growing!) across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.
Although each property we operate is unique and true to the location it is situated, we possess the same guest service philosophy that drives what we do each and every day.
We have an ambitious pipeline of new hotels that will see us continue to expand across the country, with the goal of operating 80+ hotels by 2030! Our teams at Punthill Caroline Springs, Punthill Ivanhoe, Punthill Oakleigh and Punthill Williamstown are passionate business partners, dedicated to providing incredible guest service for each guest that enters our doors. An excellent opportunity exists for a senior Guest Service Agent (we call them Local Hosts) to join their team on a part-time or casual basis.
We are looking for individuals who have a high sense of pride in their work, have a great sense of initiative and who genuinely care about delivering warm and homely guest service.
