ROLE

A brand new role on our team, we’re looking for a Housekeeping Training Manager to support our Melbourne hotels and oversee our new roving housekeeping team.

  • Reporting to the Cluster Hotel Manager for Victoria
  • Working closely with our Hotel Managers
  • Regular travel across our 10 Melbourne hotels to ensure consistent quality housekeeping standards across all hotels and provide ongoing training
  • Champion the full onboarding and ongoing training of our Housekeepers
  • Manager our new roving Housekeeping team (8-10 Housekeepers), working with Hotel Managers on the rostering and allocation of them across the Melbourne cluster
  • Conduct quality assessments & process/policy improvements for the Group
  • Turn management & guest feedback into tangible positive outcomes

You’ll need to be experienced in Housekeeping and have excellent team management skills, flexibility, and drive.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong experience in Housekeeping and related supervisory/management experience
  • Amazing problem-solving skills and high standards
  • Flexibility in your working hours to managing a team in a 24/7 business
  • First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Infection Control Training certificate (or willingness to obtain)
