We’re a rapidly growing Australian Hotel Group in the early stages of national expansion, and due to internal promotion we’re looking for a results-driven Hotel Manager to join us in Melbourne.

From humble beginnings, our brand was founded out of a passion for connecting travellers to the local authenticity of a location by providing comfortable and bespoke accommodation. Today, we are a multi-brand accommodation group operating 17  hotels (and significantly growing!) across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

  • Centrally located corporate hotel in the heart of Melbourne near Degraves Street
  • 60 apartments, inc studio, 1br & 2br
  • Strata titled property
  • Small operations team (15 team member across FO & HSK)

 

Your day to day

You’ll be part of a small but dedicated operations team and our larger family of Hotel Managers.

In addition to managing the hotel’s operations, compliance and bottom-line revenue, you’ll have the primary focus of driving top-line revenue to the hotel by exploring warm & cold leads and building local relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.

You’ll be focused on exceeding profit targets, know the ins and outs of your hotel’s performance at any given time, and work closely with our centralised revenue, sales, finance & HR team, who will help you achieve targets.

This is a true Business Operator role, where responsibilities are similar to running your own local boutique business: hands-on but with a commercial focus.
