This role has a key focus in seeking new business opportunities and clients, so it’s an excellent opportunity for an energetic and ambitious individual!

You will be (or become!) an expert in RMS (property management system), placing priority on delivering an impressive customer service experience when replying to emails, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls. You will handle guest bookings and any monthly ad-hoc Reservations reporting with meticulous care and attention, and really enjoy actively identifying and realising sales leads.

At Veriu, every member of our team is a business partner, integral to our growth and development, working with us to achieve exceptional results. As the Reservations Sales Agent, playing a vital part within our Corporate Reservations Sales Department, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide end-to-end reservations and sales support to guests and conference organisers
  • Drive business by using your inquisitive nature to identify new sales leads, building strong relationships and optimising production of allocated accounts
  • Create brand loyalty through courteous, efficient and professional customer service and awareness of Veriu Membership
  • Actively contribute to process improvement with particular emphasis on quality assurance, call and email conversion, voice sales effectiveness and upsell efficiency
  • Work towards departments goals and targets with passion and kindness


We are looking for someone who’s driven, takes pride in their work, and is excited about growing with an expanding business. You’ll be self-motivated, detail oriented, and have a passion for hotels and love for sales.

Confidence in reservation sales is a huge bonus, while confidence in managing in-bound and outbound calls, and the passion to develop a long-term career and team orientated approach is a must!
